Reports from haveeru and public believed massage parlours in Maldives are heavily associated with sex activity. Recently Massages are a popular tradition in Maldives but massage parlours offer you a lot more than just an innocent body rub. These sex massage parlours are not entirely giving what they are actually fomed and are kept quite hidden.
So what is this massage?
Islamic scholars and the most renowned doctors in the world presently agree that such massages have no health value to the human being. I am embarrassed to talk about the massage conducted by these people in an auspicious assembly as this. So I won’t talk about the crimes perpetuated in these places. I will only say what prominent doctors and Islamic scholars have to say about this.
They do not allow this even for a necessity. Because this type of massage is not the necessary type of massage. It is done to “soothe the body”, to “soothe the nerves”, to “bring coolness to the heart”, to “bring happiness to the eyes”. What the government is now trying to do is permit this somehow by making some regulations.
I call strongly in the name of the Adhaalath Party upon the Maldives government not to mess around in the name of Islam. These massage factories should not be there inside the Maldivian society under any regulation. Inside dwellings of Muslims. we fear that they may succumb to the epidemic of massages.
