Well answer is really simple "no body owns Internet". Apart from Internet governing bodies and standard institutes you are the one who plays a major role in developing this network. Without you this wont be succeeded.Everyone one cant run a web server neither a website. But if you cant afford to run your own websites there are organizations who provide free templates, web hosting services, domain name registering. I have listed some of organization where you can register and run your own websites. Some organizations provide you to write your own codings as well as make alteration to the templates they provided.

The dot.tk is still the best. But a couple of months back,.. they didnt had the annyoing ad thing on the first page.. having a skip button to the original content.
Before they gave options to choose which type of ads we can have. Banners. Layered. Popups. Which popup was the default.
But intestestingly they gave an option to disable all ads.
Too bad. Its history.
Lets shorten our urls with dot.tk or keep finidng..
